How can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

  • We can only update your shipping address before shipment.
  • To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
  • Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
  • We will not be able to cancel an order after shipment.


How do I change/modify my order?

  • Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
  • It includes changing the size or the colour of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.
  • Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.


Why it says refund when I didn't want a refund on my items?

  • As you know, Wear.style is a large on-line shop, which has a large number of orders every day.
  • Our warehouse staff will process those parcels one by one in chronological order.
  • When you place an order, it may show that one item is still in stock.
  • But in fact, the item was pre-ordered by other previous orders and may be out-of-stock when we process your order.


How do I track my orders?

  • Tracking your order is simple and easy to do.
  • We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped.
  • You can log into your WS account and find all your order information.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • When you place an order with WS we will have to process the order first.
  • Processing usually takes 4 to 10 business days for your order.
  • We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected.
  • Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in.


How do I cancel an order?

  • To cancel an order, you will need to send an email with all order details to help@wear.style.
  • Cancellations will attract 15% of the Order Value as Cancellation Fee.
  • Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them
  • In other words, once you receive our shipment notice or the Order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.


How long will it take my order to arrive?

  • We take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner.
  • All Products on WS are Shipped from Different Parts of the world.
  • Depending on the Dispatch Centre, Customs Clearance & International Transit, delivery time varies between 1 to 8 Weeks.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

  • We will send you an email once your order has shipped.
  • If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could be in your spam folder.
  • It normally takes 1-10 business days for us to process your order and we will then ship your package out.
  • If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 10 days of the date you placed your order then please contact WS customer service at help@wear.style or using our online form.


Where Do all of your items ship from ?

  • We have multiple Sourcing Centres all over the world.
  • Our Dedicated sourcing centres are in Bangalore, Beijing, London and New York
  • Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.


What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

  • If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder


Shipping during COVID19 Pandemic

  • Due to Covid19 Pandemic there are unexpected Shipping Delays which are beyond our control..
  • You can order and Reserve your products during this period but all Deliveries will Resume on Ease of Lockdown
  • Cancellation Requests During the COVID19 Lockdown will not be processed..

  • All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method.
  • Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email.
  • Please see below for the estimated shipping times to your country/region.
Estimated Standard Shipping times (FREE):
  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 14 to 20 business days.
  • Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and to all other countries ~ 17 to 37 business days.
  • Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, Kuwait, Russia, Montenegro, Iceland, South Africa ~ 20 to 45 business days.
  • Depending on the Dispatch Centre the Product will be sent by Royal Mail, New York Post, India Post, China Post, Gati or ePacket Services.

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.

Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-12 days):
For enquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at help@Wear.Style immediately after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment. Do note that shipping by the express method costs about US$30-$60 per item, depending on the country it is being shipped to.

Order Processing times:

Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 4-10 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Orders that are unable to be delivered :

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Separate packages

If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at help@Wear.Style and we'll take care of it right away.

What is the Order Processing Time?

Order Processing times:
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. What if my Order is unable to be delivered ?

Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. I have Not received all My Products ?

How to change my shipping address?

If your order is paid successfully, you cannot change it directly on your end.
Contact our support team at help@wear.style and we can help you change the shipping address before shipment.


Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.
It may take a couple of days (1-10 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.


Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes it takes the information some time to update.
If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station (may need 1-10 days).
Sometimes the shipping company has not updated the package information.


Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

There are different customs and taxes for each country.
Prices do not include Customs and Duties.
Customs are paid by Buyer.
Our Company is forbidden by law from collection of customs from the buyers.
Import duty licenses are to be secured by Buyer


How come my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbours.
We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbours first.
If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company.
Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package neither, please do not hesitate to contact WS Customer Service.


Why was my order shipped separately?

We will send your order as soon as possible.
Your order might have shipped separately from our different sourcing centre based on stock.
You would be able to receive certain items sooner than others from our other sourcing centres


Why was my package returned?

There are multiple reasons your package might have been returned to us.
Wrong or incomplete address, Invalid phone number, Unable to deliver.
Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may contact our team using the contact form or writing to us at help@wear.style.


Do I need to be at my shipping address when my package is delivered?

Sometimes your package requires a signature for it to be delivered.
You may contact the shipping company and ask them details about your package with the tracking number we have provided.
If you missed the delivery, please contact the shipping company to arrange for them to redeliver or for you to pick up the package


What should I do when tracking updates show my package was returned?

Please contact the shipping company and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information.
If you still can not find your package, please contact WS customer service as soon as possible by via the contact form or writing to help@wear.style.
We will be more than happy to resolve this issue.


Are there any additional fees?

We usually ship with your local post office.
There should not be any additional fees when using regular mail.
If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact WS customer service.


What are the Types of Shipping Methods offered?

We have Standard and Express Shipping Methods which are used as per your choice.
Standard Shipping (Free) : All Products are Imported and delivered within 1-8 Weeks or within the Time Frame mentioned during purchase.
Express Shipping (Paid) : Products Purchased using the Express Shipping have a 7-10 Days Delivery time Frame.


What is your return policy?

We accept return for refund within 1 day after delivery date (the date you received your package).
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.
All Returns and Exchanges will attract Additional Shipping Fees, which will be communicated to you at the time of Returns / Exchanges.
Returning shipping fee is non-refundable. We will only refund the amount you paid for the clothes but not for services.
We'll issue the refund to your payment account i.e. the payment mode you used to pay.


I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is status of my refund?

If we said we will refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 10-30 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you.
You card bank need 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
WS can't control the processing speed of your card bank.
Please ask the card bank for detailed information.


How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund.
The refund should reflect in your account depending on the method of payment.


How do I return an item?

Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items.
We'll issue the refund to your payment account.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please contact us via email or contact form, indicating which items you would like to return and the reason for the return along with the order no, your email id, phone no. and your address.


Will I get full refund for my return?

We will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items)


What is the status of my return or exchange?

Refunds can be processed in 7 business days from receiving the returned package.
Please make sure to keep the tracking number or return receipt for checking.
Once your return/exchange has been processed we will email you a confirmation.


Which items cannot be returned or refunded?

We do not accept returns/exchanges for the following items due to hygienic reasons: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.


How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

After we have received your return, it will take up to 7 business days to process the return.
We'll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


What if I received a defective item?

If you received a defective item, please please write to us at help@wear.style or submit the details on our contact form within 2 days of delivery.
Please provide a description of the defected item and a few pictures..

Why was my payment declined?

WS processes all payments via PayPal, PayUMoney and CashFree.
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address.
Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank.
In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.
If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with all details along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.


Am I able to apply multiple discount codes?

Only one coupon code is eligible per order.
It is also very convenient to apply the coupon to your order. After you check out from the shopping cart, under the Order Summary, please enter your coupon code, then apply, the coupon will be applied successfully.


Why am I being asked to authorize my order?

Detailed personal information may be required to authorize your order.
If you have been asked to authorize your order it has been randomly selected and placed on hold by our fraud prevention team for further verification.
It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings.
If the order has not been authorized after one week, we are forced to believe it is fraudulent and the order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.


Why isn't my promo code applying?

Please be sure your WS code hasn't already been added successfully.
Also please be sure that the code has not expired.
Please kindly note that coupon codes only apply to full priced items, they will not apply to an item that is on sale.


Why there are so many one-size products?

Usually one-size products design with narrow shoulder and wide hem to show good looking. One-size does not mean it fits everybody but means it has only one size.
We sincerely suggest every customer to measure your body figure carefully before ordering.
Besides, you can read the size reference in the description and then make a decision.


How to choose my size?

You could find a size reference on each product page. B Customers may compare the reference measurements with your own to find the best choice.
"One size" does not necessarily fit all sizes but means there's only one size for this product.


Am I able to be refunded the difference for a discount item?

We appologize for this inconvenience. However the price can be changed in different promotion plans, so we are not able to issue a refund for the difference.
WS reserves the right to change the promotion at any time with our sole discretion.


Where are your products sent from?

We currently have processing centres in Bangalore (India), New York (United States), London (UK) and Beijing (China).
Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity and product availibility.


What is the best way to choose my size?

The most effective way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them to the detailed sizing chart that we have provided on the product page.
This will help you pick what size is best for your body type.


Where can I find your latest products?

New products are updated every day on our website to cater to the styles of different customers.
You can use the Browse by Drop Down on the Collection pages to check the latest products.


Will you restock items that have sold out?

If an item is marked as "Sold Out", we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks.
However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.


What does one-size mean?

One size does not mean the item will fit all, However it does mean that the item comes only in one size.
In order to meet the satisfaction of every customer, different items will be made in different sizes.
The size details will be shown on each product page. Please take the size measurements into consideration before placing an order.


What if I have Sizing Issues?

You Do Not have to Register to shop at WS.
